The Lettings Process
- To view a property – please call our friendly lettings team on 01865 311745.
- Viewing times are Monday to Friday 10.30am to 4.30pm, Saturday 10.00am to 12.00pm.
- Each group will be given a student application form to complete. Once each tenant has completed their application form a Tenancy agreement will be sent to all tenants. We will also ask you to nominate a head tenant for the property.
- We will then ask you to read and sign your tenancy agreement, which is completed online.
What Happens Next?
You will be asked to complete referencing, provide Guarantor documentation and will receive your invoice for remainder of deposit and first months rent.
One Month Before You Move In
Your first account must be paid one month before you move into the property, in the office. This is an advance of one month’s rent and damage. This must be completed in one payment by bank transfer or Debit card.
Move In Date
This is the date your tenancy begins. Providing all your first accounts have been paid, references and guarantors are received for everyone moving into the house, we can issue you with your keys. All keys can be collected from our office. This can be done from 4pm the day your tenancy begins or anytime after (within office hours). On a Saturday we can release keys between 9am and 12.30pm.
