What to do next?
You will be given a copy of our Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement to read. Once you have fully read and understood our agreement we will ask you to complete our application form (with terms and conditions included), provide a copy of ID (driving licence or passport).
Once you have completed the above points you are free to start relaxing!
What happens then?
We will prepare the tenancy agreement and email you a copy to read through before arranging a date that you will be required to sign it by in our office (48 Walton Street).
You will be required to provide an employee reference to confirm earnings and give a personal reference and a previous Landlord reference. On some occasions a guarantor also is required and this will be subject to the Landlord’s requirements.

Your first month’s rent and deposit is due no later than the last working day before the tenancy begins. This must be paid in cleared funds by cash, card or bankers draft.
Move In Date...
This is the date your tenancy begins. Providing your deposit and rent have been paid and your references are satisfactory for everyone moving into the house, we can issue you with your keys. All keys are to be picked up at the office from 4.00pm to 5.30pm (when the office closes, except for Fridays when the office closes at 5pm) on the day the tenancy starts, unless your tenancy begins on a Saturday and you will need to come into the office between 9.30am and 12.30pm which is when the office closes (please make sure you bring passports as proof of identification).
