We know that you want great value services when you are a landlord. We offer very competitive fees by removing top heavy management overhead costs and by having a centralised structure. We work with our landlords on a two year contract and we charge just 5% + VAT in the first year and then 12.5% + VAT in the second year for our fully managed service.
Exceptionally, we encourage and support our staff to buy and manage their own “Buy to Let” property allowing them a first-hand understanding of the business. This means we deliver our landlord services with a genuine understanding of your situation. Landlords tell us that this gives them confidence in the quality of their support and advice.
